SINK FULL, DISHWASHER FULL- How to Make the Most of Your Cleaning Service

When it comes to house cleaning, one area that often causes a bit of confusion is the dishwasher. We all love the convenience of a dishwasher, but how it’s handled during a professional cleaning session can make a big difference.

Here are some tips for making your next cleaning service as smooth as possible.

1. Dishwasher Empty? A Breeze!

If your dishwasher is empty or only partially loaded with dirty dishes, that’s an ideal scenario for us. We’ll move the dishes from your sink, give them a quick rinse, and load them into the dishwasher. If you prefer, we can even run the dishwasher for you once it's full, ensuring everything is cleaned and ready for your return.

This is truly the best case scenario!

2. Dishwasher Full?

When the dishwasher is full of clean dishes, it presents a bit more of a challenge. Since we don’t know where things belong, we can’t put the clean dishes away for you. Leaving clean dishes on the counter isn’t ideal either, as it adds extra work for you later. So we are left with one option, removing the dirty dishes from the sink, washing the sink and putting them back in a neat pile.

To avoid this, we recommend taking a moment to empty the clean dishwasher before our team arrives. That way, we can load dirty dishes from the sink for you, ensuring your kitchen is and stays clean for you.

3. What About the Dish Rack?

If you do have a dish rack, we may rely on it. But, if the dishwasher is full and there's no room on the rack, we are still left with one option: remove the dishes, clean the sink and neatly put them back in the sink.
